All  the  Crews  in  this  area  come  from  John  Crews (1725 S. C.).  That  point 
we  all  agree  on  but  some  think  that  Alexander  was  his  son  but  I  
beleive  that  he  was  a  grandson  and was  born  in  1775  rather  than  dates  
like  1755. It  makes  more  sense  that  Alexander  and  his  brothers that  
settled  in  south  Georgia  and  north   Florida  were  the  sons  of  Samuel  Crews 
(1755  )
